✨ Return Period

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

✨ Eligible Returns

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

✨ Non-returnable Items

• Opened or used nail products (for hygiene reasons).
• Returns due to personal preference (e.g. colour not as expected).

✨ Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, faulty, or wrong item), we cover the shipping cost.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

✨ Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
